About Me

AIDY Reviews - Movies, TV Shows, Miscellany

On The Subject of Me

I am Aidy and this is my movie, TV, and animated film review blog.  I am a lover of all things indie: film, animation, etc., and I do whatever it is I can in order to support indie artists and their passions. You will find reviews on a variety of topics in film, animation, and television. Including a few interviews with my favorite people across the web. For personal enlightenment, I like to write true short stories about people from my everyday. I n fact, I absolutely love to write about people–about their sins and tragedies. Curious? I suggest you check out a few of my poetry and reflection pieces. There is always something new here I find to talk about so be sure to check back and comment from time to time.

About This Site

AIDY Reviews… is one more entertainment resource that’s  particularly bias to indie and foreign movie outlets. The films I review here are some of the more hidden gems in foreign and indie film—including animated features. From time to time I may obsess over one topic or another, which is cool because you are getting an upfront and specific point of view from one of the most closeted film critics in the industry–Me.

Yes, a film “critic” per se—It’s something I’m working on.

I constantly strive to improve with each review written—by adding a little extra intelligence, class, and I always try to provide my readers with thoroughly honest, background information in a effort to piece together the “how,” “why,” and “where” in film and TV.

I’m not famous–I just enjoy what I do.

Oftentimes, I like to reference from my favorite entertainment sites on the web—Film-Book, Cosmoetica, and Indie-wire, just to name a few. Mostly, I write on what I like and believe are of value to you. It’s all about what’s #awesome—simply just being here gives you an advantage—really, really.

To get an idea on what I am about, just take a look at my movie, animated, and TV show reviews. Opinions? Feel free to comment, pick my brain. It needs the exercise.
