GRIMM: Monroe’s Getting Death Threats? Say it ain’t so!

Looking good.

Spoilers! It’s a good thing that GRIMM is now back in its rightful Friday time slot. Watching the show on a Monday just felt awkward. Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) may be in danger in the sixth episode of season two, Over My Dead Body.  Remember Angelina (Jaime Ray Newman)? Monroe’s ex-blutbad girlfriend, and Nick’s (David Giuntoli) former attacker from the episode Three Bad Wolves? Well she is back and is being paid to kill him. Who would want him dead? If you recall, Monroe sorta mentioned that he has a sordid past. I wonder if this has to do with setting an old debt? Is it a Bauerschwein, a piglike wesen that want him dead? If so, then why would Angelina be working for one–considering her experience with them. #CheckOut the trailer below. Monroe informing Nick that he indeed has a bounty on his head.

Well anyway, we will find out on tomorrow’s show–which is looking pretty interesting–where a new mystery lady is concerned. Captain Renard (Sasha Roiz) reunites with an old European acquaintance. Mia (Alice Evans) is her name, and she’s an old girlfriend of his. Now, I wonder if she will “wesen out,” and possibly give us a hint as to what wesen-type the captain is.

This episode will mainly focus on Monroe, it seems. In the sneak peek trailer below, you see that Monroe and Hank (Russell Hornsby) are drinking buddies now, and letting Hank in on Wesen-kind by revealing just “what” he is. I like that. Since there is a threat on Monroe’s life, Hank can be there to keep him safe from his crazy ex.

I was hoping that Adalind (Claire Coffee) was going to return this episode, but it doesn’t seem like she will. Be on the look out for a new, snake-like Wesen type–the Königschlange!

An all new Grimm is back Fridays 9/8c on NBC #Grimmtastic
