NEW TRAILER: Twilight: Breaking Dawn pt. 2

Summit, Twilight Breaking Dawn pt 2 (June 20, 2012) – Celebrate Edward Cullen’s 111th birthday with a new trailer in the next chapter in the Twilight Saga. Summit Entertainment, a Lionsgate® company debuts an exciting new teaser trailer for the highly anticipated continuance of the saga. Academy Award® winner Bill Condon directed the two-part finale Breaking Dawn starring Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner, based on the 4th novel in author Stephenie Meyer‘s famed book series.

War is coming. Bella and Edward will stop at nothing to protect their daughter, Renesmee. The Cullens gather other vampire clans in order to protect the child from a false allegation that puts the family in front of the Volturi. The Volturi, an ancient vampire council, are not happy with Renesmee’s existence. They are afraid that she will lose their secret. There will be a battle and the story isn’t specifically focused on just Edward, Bella, and Jake anymore. As yesterday’s 13-second teaser trailer wasn’t enough–Summit gifted fans with a full peek of what’s to come.

The film saga began when Bella (Steward) went to live with her father in the small town of Forks, Washington. In high school, she became attracted to the pale and mysterious classmate Edward Cullen (Pattinson) who was determined to keep her away. It was this attraction that pulled them together.

This action-packed, modern day vampire story was first released in November of 2008; the second installment New Moon in November 2009; Eclipse was released June 2010; and Breaking Dawn pt 1 November 2011. Breaking Dawn pt 2 marks the next and final chapter of Meyer’s vampire saga.
